Pamela Palmer, Carrie Ann Ryan, Sherrilyn Kenyon (she has some seriously yummy shifters in her DarkHunter Series), Gena Showalter, Dana Marie Bell, Dani Harper and so many more. 

I have read everything from hedgehogs, to pookas (Jennifer Jame's new book), to the classic werewolf. You can't go wrong with a good shifter story.
